The SUCP Program, developed by Edvance USA in partnership with California community colleges, provides an efficient 2+2 university transfer pathway designed for international students.
Students complete the first two years of U.S. community college coursework while remaining in China, supported by a bilingual academic environment and comprehensive student services.
To enrich the student experience, the program utilizes the facilities of the Hangzhou Research Institute as a learning and community space, allowing students to enjoy an engaging campus atmosphere while pursuing their studies.
Under California's official TAG (Transfer Admission Guarantee) and IGETC frameworks, students earn fully transferable community college credits and become eligible for guaranteed transfer pathways to participating University of California campuses, including UC Davis, UC Irvine, and several other UC institutions.
Depending on the transfer destination and eligibility requirements, many students may also benefit from waived standardized testing requirements, including SAT/ACT and English proficiency examinations.
